I am an Independent Contractor at Terri Phillips Marriage and Family Therapist Inc. specializing in custody and visitation.
I have been conducting mediation and 3111 Evaluation since 2008. I was previously employed as a court mediator/evaluator with the Riverside County Superior Court Family Law. I also have eight years of prior child welfare experience. I have a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior and Health Psychology from California Lutheran University (1995) and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Provo (1991). I am also registered with California Registry Trustline.
I have conducted over 400 hundred 3111/3118 Evaluations since 2008. I have received praises from the judicial officers, court mediators, and family law attorneys on my work. I also settled many custody and visitation issues with high conflict families. I am currently one of the Evaluators on the Riverside County Superior Court Evaluator.
My colleague, Christien Tsai, specializes in supervised visitation. She has an Associate Degree in General Studies from Moorpark College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Northridge (2003). She has extensive experience working with children and adults with special needs. Before joining my office, she spent several years as a social worker for Regional Center in Ventura County.
I PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE AT A VERY AFFORDABLE RATE.
